Are your fees refundable if my visa is refused?
Professional service fees are generally not refundable once work has been performed. However, in some cases we
can discuss reduced fees for a re-application if your profile and circumstances make sense to try again.
Can you help if I already had a visa refusal?
Yes. We review previous refusal reasons, your documents, and your overall circumstances. If there is a realistic
way to strengthen your case, we outline a strategy and next steps. In some cases, the best advice is not to
re-apply until key issues change.
Do you work only with clients in Dubai?
We are based in the UAE but can work remotely with clients across the GCC and internationally. Meetings are
usually held via online calls and WhatsApp, so your location is rarely a limitation.
